摘要
从节能目标的制定与分解、能效因子和能耗源管控、能源成本过程管控等七个方面,介绍宝钢股份钢管条钢事业部能源精细化管理模式,以达到提高企业能源利用效率,降低用能成本的目的。
In the paper,the fine energy management system of the Pipe and Bar Division of BaoSteel is introduced from several aspects including target setting and decomposing,energy factor control and process control of energy cost.Through fine energy management,the company has improved energy efficiency and reduced energy cost.
