摘要
对一套30 MW的发电机组循环水泵实施节能改造项目,由原3台工频运行循环水泵,改造为2用1备高压变频运行。项目投产后节能效果显著,同时实现了循环水泵系统多种运行模式间的无缝切换,且与原工频系统独立运行互不影响。
An energy saving transformation project for the circulating water pump of a 30 MW power generator unit was carried out,to change the existing three power frequency operating pumps to two operating and one standby high-V frequency-conversion pumps system.The energy saving effect of the project after completion has been significant,achieving seamless switchover between various operating modes of circulating water pumps without affecting the independent operation of existing power frequency system.
