Analysis of Frequent Fusing of TV Fuses for Generator Outlet and Improvement Measures

某发电厂350 MW机组发电机出口设三组电压互感器(简称TV)。在机组正常运行期间,发电机出口TV频繁出现一次保险熔断的现象。从发电机出口TV一次保险频繁熔断的现象进行分析,查找故障的原因,制定出具体的解决措施,避免因TV保险熔断造成保护误动机组跳闸事故的发生。

Three sets of voltage transformers(TV)are set up at the outlet of 350MW generator unit in a power plant.During normal operation of the unit,the TV at the generator outlet suffered frequent fusing of primary safety fuses.The phenomenon of frequent TV fuse at the generator exit was analyzed,the causes of the fuse failure were searched out and concrete solutions to avoid occurrence of tripping accident caused by TV fuse blow out were drawn up.
