摘要 湘钢一座高炉TRT改为干法除尘后运行2年多进行中修。检修后升速过程中,TRT轴振较大,发电机瓦振也较大。使用振动监测数据系统分析了振动大的原因,并提出相应处理措施,解决了机组振动问题,确保其安全稳定运行。 A blast furnace TRT at Xiangtan Steel had a medium maintenance after operating for more than two years.During speeding up at restarting after the maintenance,there was excessive vibration in both TRT shaft and motor bush.Vibration monitoring data system was used to analyze the vibration and corresponding treatment measures were put forward,which had solved the vibration problem and ensured safe and stable operation of the system.
