摘要
马钢四钢轧除盐水站为了满足用户需求,在制水过程中需要添加氧化剂次氯酸钠,系统补水流量是影响次氯酸钠投加量的关键因素,本文通过实验分析计算得出了不同补水流量时次氯酸钠投加的理论值,并运用到实际中,再结合实际情况调整加药量,最终将系统余氯稳定的控制在合理范围内。
To meet user’s demand,the desalted water station of Masteel’s No.4 steelmaking and rolling plant needs addition of sodium hypochlorite as oxidation agent during water making process.The system fed water volume is the key factor influencing the addition amount of sodium hypochlorite.Through experimental analysis the theoretical value of sodium hypochlorite addition under different fed water volume was calculated and applied into practical production.The amount of addition was further adjusted according to actual conditions and the system residual chlorite was finally controlled at a reasonable range.
