摘要
家长式领导是一种独特的领导风格,领导者拥有强大权威的同时,也表现出高度的个人操守和对下属的关怀,分为威权领导、仁慈领导和德行领导3个维度。医院组织行为是组织行为的分支,医院的运营、发展与医院组织行为密切相关。在医疗领域,公立医院具有家长式管理的特点,对医务人员、团队和组织行为产生影响,如医务人员的知识共享行为、工作积极性、医疗团队合作、医院组织绩效等。
Paternalistic leadership is an unique leadership style.Leader has strong authority,but showing care,understanding to the staffs and high degree of personal integrity.Organizational behavior is divided into three levels:individual,group and organization.Hospital organization behavior is a branch of organization behavior.The operation and development of hospital is closely related to hospital organization behavior.In the medical field,public hospitals have paternalistic management characteristics,paternalistic leadership can have corresponding impact on employees,teams and organization behavior,such as employee knowledge sharing behavior,working enthusiasm,team cooperation,organizational performance,et al.
