为完善产品结构、满足市场需求,云天化云峰分公司利用30 kt/a复合肥装置开发了新产品粮食专用肥NPK13-5-7。介绍了NPK13-5-7新产品生产工艺及生产实践,以质量分数58.0%磷酸一铵、氯化钾、氯化铵、白肥等原料和填料经造粒、干燥、筛分、冷却、包装等工序生产出合格产品,满足了市场需求。

In order to improve product structure and meet market demand,Yuntianhua Yunfeng Branch developed NPK13-5-7,a new special grain fertilizer,using 30 kt/a compound fertilizer plant.The production process and practice of NPK13-5-7 new product are introduced.The qualified products are produced from 58.0% monoammonium phosphate,potassium chloride,ammonium chloride,white fertilizer and fillers through granulation,drying,screening,cooling and packaging,which met the market demand.
