摘要
通过对冷冻结晶法和离子交换法的小试及现场中试对比,金钼股份硫酸厂确定使用离子交换法去除有机胺液中的钠离子;在此基础上通过3种交换树脂的多周期对比试验,成功筛选出WZG-1C弱酸型交换树脂作为首选树脂,并针对该类树脂确定了胺液温度及pH值等关键工艺指标,完成了现场工业应用方案的制定。有机胺液温度在50℃、pH值控制在6.0~6.5时,WZG-1C弱酸型树脂去除胺液中钠离子效果最佳,同时有机胺液损失率可控制在10%以下。
Sodium ions in organic amine is removed by ion exchange method on base of comparing test and on-site pilot test of freezing crystallization and ion exchange method.WZG-1C weak acid exchange resin is selected to be preferred resin by multiple cycles comparative test of three exchange resins,and the key parameters for this resin with respects to amine temperature and pH value were determined,and meanwhile field industrial application is formulated.At 50℃ and pH value 6.0-6.5,WZG-1C weak acid resin has best effect in removing sodium ions from amine with organic amine loss rate below 10%.
