CRH5型动车组网流过流分主断故障分析及处理方案

摘要 CRH5型动车组高压控制逻辑部分具备完善的网压过压、过流保护功能,当车辆检测实际值达到保护阈值时,车辆会产生相应保护动作来保护车辆的用电设备。CRH5型动车组在某区段频繁发生网流过流导致分主断故障,为了分析故障原因,对车辆供电网压和网流进行了实时监控。以监控采集到的故障数据为基础,通过半实物仿真平台、MATLAB仿真和频谱分析等重要手段对主要原因进行了深入的对比分析,通过排除、分析得到了故障原因,并提出了相应的处理方案。 The high-voltage control logic part of CRH5 motor train unit has such a good over-voltage and over-current protection that the car can take protective actions to protect its electrical equipment when its actually measured value reaches the protection threshold.Overhead line over-current happed in a CRH5 motor train unit frequently in a certain section,resulting in malfunctions of the submain circuit breaker. For the purpose of analyzing the fault cause,the voltage and current of the car supply network was monitored in a real time way. Based on the fault data collected through monitoring,an in-depth comparative analysis was made on the main causes through a semi-physical simulation platform,MATLAB simulation and spectrum analysis. Finally,the fault cause was found through exclusion and analysis,and corresponding processing schemes were proposed.
