摘要
生物玻璃可通过刺激成骨细胞的增殖以及诱导骨组织再生,更好地修复人体的受损骨组织;生物玻璃还可对药物进行吸附,用于药物载体。本文综述了近年来用于人体组织修复生物活性玻璃的制备及性能等方面研究进展,并对其发展进行了展望。
Bioactive glasses can repair the damaged bone tissue by promoting osteognic cell proliferation and new bone tissue formation.Bioactive glasses can also adsorb drugs for drug delivery.This paper summarizes the research progress in the aspects of preparation and properties of these biomaterials used for the repair of body tissue,and predicts its future development.
