环状肉芽肿发病机制与治疗研究进展

Etiology and treatments of granuloma annulare

环状肉芽肿是以肢端环状丘疹或结节性损害为特征的慢性良性自限性皮肤病。本病发病原因可能与自身免疫、遗传、系统性疾病或感染相关。外用糖皮质激素和钙调磷酸酶抑制剂、冷冻、光疗,口服氨苯砜、抗疟药、维A酸或者手术等有一定疗效。本文综述了环状肉芽肿相关病因及治疗方案,为临床治疗和研究提供参考。

Granuloma annulare(GA)is a chronic benign self-limiting cutaneous disorder manifesting as a single or multiple small nodular or papular on the extremities.The etiology of GA may be association with autoimmunity,inheritance,disease associations or infection.Several treatments have been proposed,including topical glucocorticoids and calcineurin inhibitors,phototherapy,dapsone,anti-malarial agents,retinoids and surgical removal and so on.This review summarizes the update of etiology,pathogenesis and treatments of GA.
