甘蔗实生苗新型培育方法

A New Method for Raising Sugarcane Seedling

为提高甘蔗种子萌发率,培育茁壮实生苗,新的甘蔗实生苗培育方法采用育苗床+塘泥(含水率约90%的淤泥状基质)+沙土代替传统的育苗框+干塘泥+沙土,前期小拱棚、出苗整齐后去掉小拱棚使用塑料大棚。试验结果显示,试验组发芽率比对照组提高18.57～22.53个百分点,差异显著;播种后1个月测定,试验组平均株高比对照组高4.72 cm,差异显著,试验组平均茎粗比对照组粗0.99 cm,试验组平均单株鲜根重比对照组增加0.083 g,差异显著。新方法能够节省大量物资和劳动力成本,培育出的甘蔗实生苗农艺性状比常规方法培育出的实生苗表现更优良,植株更高、茎径更粗、根系更发达,是一种简便易行、投入较少、效果更好、能缩短育苗时间、加快育苗进程的甘蔗实生苗培育方法。

The aim of this study was to improve the seeds germination and seedling nursery in sugarcane.Sugarcane seeds germination and seedling nursery were conducted in a nursery bed filled with pond silt (the water content is about 90%,silt shape) and sandy soil (a replacement of conventional seedling box) with dry pond silts and sandy soil.The seedling was raising in a small shack at early stage and the shack was replaced till the growth seedlings was even.The results showed that the germination of the test group was significantly higher than the control by 18.57%-22.53%.At a month after sowing,the plant height,stem diameter,and roots fresh weight was 4.72 cm,0.99 cm and 0.083 g/plant greater than the control,the differences in plant height and roots fresh weight were significant.As compared with the conventional method,the new method contributed higher seeds germination and better agronomic traits of sugarcane seedlings,and had the advantages of saving cost and time for raising sugarcane seedlings.
