铸造缺陷通常为内外部缩松、呛火、铸错等。对于铸造缺陷,客户有接受特采的标准,比如在一定的范围内,缺陷的程度、等级等。为了满足客户的要求,按此标准修复缺陷。介绍了螺纹堵、光堵以及镶料(随形)等几种采用机加工的方式修复铸造缺陷的方法,使铸件满足使用要求。

Casting defects are usually internal and external shrinkage,bonfire,casting error and so on.For the casting defects,the customer has accepted special standards,such as the degree and level of defects within a certain range.In order to meet customer requirements,defects have been fixed according to this standard.Several methods of repairing casting defects by means of machining have been introduced,such as thread plugging,light blocking and inserting(with shape).Thus in this way,the casting meets the requirements for use.
