上海医务职工心理健康状况研究——以黄浦区为例

Research on the mental health of Shanghai medical staff—— Take Huangpu District for example

[目的]通过对上海市黄浦区医务职工的调查,探讨医务职工心理健康状况及其影响因素,并提出相关改善建议。[方法]采用全国通用的症状自评量表(SCL-90)以及自制心理健康服务需求问卷、访谈提纲,对643名在岗医务职工进行问卷调查和个案访谈。[结果]调查对象心理健康状况总体上好于全国常模,阳性检出率为12. 31%;调查未发现男职工与女职工的心理健康状况存在显著差异,但在二胎政策下,女职工需更多支持与关注;不同年龄、工龄的医务职工心理健康差异有统计学意义,中青年职工需更多关注与帮助;多因素分析显示,影响医务职工心理健康的因素包括自身状况、家庭生活压力、工作压力、就业环境等。[结论]黄浦区医务职工的心理健康状况总体较好,但仍存在诸多需要关注的问题,其中生育女职工和中青年职工是需要重点关注的人群,应采取多种措施改善医务职工心理健康状况。

Objective Based on the investigation of medical workers in Huangpu District,Shanghai,we explored the mental health status and its influencing factors of medical workers,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods A questionnaire survey and a case interview were conducted on 643 employed medical workers by national self-rating symptom checklist(SCL-90),self-made mental health service needs questionnaire and interview outline.Results The overall mental health status of medical staff in Huangpu District,which the positive rate was 12.31%,was better than national norm.The investigation found no significant difference in mental health of male and female workers.But under the two-child policy,female workers needed more support and attention.There was different psychological health status in different age and seniority of medical staff s,in which young workers needed more attention and help.Multi factor analysis showed that the influencing factors of medical staff s psychological health status included themselves status,family life pressure,work stress and job environment.Conclusions The mental health status of medical workers in Huangpu District is generally good,but there are still many problems need to be concerned.Among them,reproductive women workers and young and middle-aged workers need to be focused.We should take various measures to improve mental health status of medical workers.
