摘要
镍粉是一种重要的工业原料,应用广泛。镍粉中的氧含量是判定其是否是优质品的关键指标,因此必须进行精确测定和控制。采用TCH600氧-氮-氢分析仪可精确测定镍粉的氧含量。具体做法大致为:将镍粉样品在通入惰性气体的石墨坩埚中脉冲加热至熔融,使试样中的氧以CO的形式析出,与仪器管道中的氧化铜反应生成CO_2,随后输入分析仪的红外检测器确定氧含量。试样的放置时间和称量、助溶剂的品种等是影响氧含量检测精度的主要因素。
Nickel powder is an important industrial rough material, and extensively used.The oxygen content is a key index according to which it is decide whether nickel powder is a prime-quality one, and consequently must be accurately detected and controlled. The oxygen content in nickel powder may be accurately detected by means of a TCH600 oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen analyzer. The practice of detecting oxygen content is roughly as follows: pulseheating nickel powder sample to fused condition in a graphite crucible under a inert gas to allow oxygen in the sample to be precipitated in the form of CO which reacts with copper oxide in the instrument pipe to form CO2 which is delivered into infrared detector in the analyzer to determine oxygen content. Accuracy of detecting oxygen content is primarily affected by standing time and weighing of the sample, and variety of fluxing agent, etc.
