摘要 针对传统游梁式抽油机传动效率低、能耗低、节能效果差的问题,开展电控换向塔架式抽油机举升技术试验,旨在降低单井能耗,提高节能效果。通过改变游梁式抽油机四连杆机构传动为电动机经减速器减速直接带动驱动轮、动滑轮传动,并由智能控制装置控制进行上下往复运动,提高传动效率和系统效率,降低能耗。经过4口井试验数据对比分析,平均系统效率提高11.29%,吨液百米节电率26.3%,平均单井日节电56.4 kW,具有较好的节能效果。4口井累计年节电8.176×10~4kWh,年节约电费5.217万元,具有较高的经济效益和广阔的应用前景。 Aiming at the problems of low transmission efficiency,energy consumption and poor energy-saving effect of traditional beam pumping units,the lifting technology test of electronically controlled reversing tower pumping units is carried out in order to reduce single well energy consumption and improve energy-saving effect.By changing the transmission of four-bar linkage of beam pumping unit,the motor can drive the driving wheel and the moving pulley directly through the deceleration of the reducer,and the up and down reciprocating motion is controlled by the intelligent control device,so as to improve the transmission efficiency and system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Through comparative analysis of test data from four wells,the average system efficiency is increased by 11.29%,the electricity saving rate of 100 meters per ton of liquid is 26.3%,and the average daily electricity saving rate of single well is 56.4 kW,which has better energy saving effect.Four wells have saved 8.176×10^4 kW·h of electricity per year and 5 217 thousand yuan of electricity per year.They have high economic benefits and broad application prospects.
