胜利油田应对全国统一碳市场的研究分析

随着国家统一碳市场的加快推进,胜利油田作为高耗能企业必然将被纳入控排企业。进而出现一种新的交易—碳交易,新的资产—碳资产。碳资产管得好就是资产,管不好就是负债。胜利油田为今后开展碳交易、管理碳资产提供支撑,积极开展研究分析,首先介绍了胜利油田积极开展组织机构、政策制度、人员意识的调整准备,并开展的两个余热利用项目的申报温室气体减排项目工作,最后对胜利油田碳资产的管理的重点方向进展分析,为今后的碳资产管理工作提出方向。

with the acceleration of the national unified carbon market,ShengliOilfield,as a highenergy consuming enterprise,will be included in the control and emission enterprises.And then there's a new transaction--carbon trading,a new asset--carbon assets.Well managed carbon assets are assets;poorly managed carbon assets are liabilities.ShengliOilfield carbon trading,carbon asset management for further support,actively carry out research and analysis,this paper first introduces the system of SengliOilfield actively carry out organization,policy,personnel adjustment,then introduced the two waste heat utilization project in victory in reporting the situation of the greenhouse gas emission reduction projects,the key direction of carbon asset management of Shengli oilfield development analysis,carbon asset management for the future work direction is proposed.
