Intellectual education has always been an important part of the party's establishment,maintenance and consolidation of the united front.in Yan'an Period,the grim internal and external situation made the party's education of intellectuals imminent.On this basis,the party formulated and implemented a series of effective intellectual education strategies,which not only greatly improved the level of knowledge of the party cadres,promoted the development of the new-democratic cultural undertakings,but also accepted the intellectuals.Growth and transformation have been achieved in the process of education.
