大学生社区志愿服务问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of College Students' Community Volunteer Service

大学生参与社区志愿服务实践活动,可以实现提高大学生社会责任感和改善社区建设的双赢。当前我国高校大学生社区志愿服务已取得众多优秀成果,但是也存在若干发展问题。问题包括部分大学生对其认知度、认同度较低,社区服务水平低以及高校和社会对大学生社区志愿服务不够重视等。需要发挥社会、学校和个人三方的合力作用,使三方形成一体化体系共同提升大学生社区志愿服务水平。

College students'participation in community volunteer service practice activities can achieve a win-win situation for improving college students'sense of social responsibility and improving community construction.At present,China's college students'community volunteer service has achieved many outstanding achievements,but there are also some developing problems.Problems of college students'community volunteer service include students'low awareness,low recognition,low level of community service,universities and society'insufficient attention to college students'community volunteering services and so on.It is necessary to play the combined role of the society,the school and the individual,so that the three parties form an integrated system to jointly raise the level of volunteer service for college students.
