基于OBE教育理念的大学生创新创业课程教学模式初探

Research on the Teaching Mode of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Course based on the OBE Education Concept

OBE是一种基于先进的教育理念注重教育产出的教育模式。在大学生创新创业课程中应用OBE教育理念,对于培养大学生创新意识和创业能力、推进创新创业课程建设具有重大的意义。文章从四个方面对OBE理念引入到大学生创新创业课程教学模式进行了探索:以成果为导向,通过评估学生能力为基础制定教学大纲;以学生为中心,按照全体学生需求为标准设计教学过程;以能力为本,遵循学生个性发展的需求改革考核方式;以发展为重点,坚持持续改进的方式构建教学质量的促进模式。

OBE is an advanced educational concept and pays attention to the educational mode of educational output.The application of the OBE education concept in undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship course is of great significance to cultivate undergraduate innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability,and to promote the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship course.This paper made a preliminary exploration on the introduction of OBE into the teaching mode of undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship course from four aspects:setting up the teaching syllabus based on the evaluation of students'abilities,designing the teaching process via taking students as the center and paying attention to the needs of all students as the standard,reforming assessment methods through taking the ability as the basis and following the needs of the student individual development,and building a teaching quality promotion model by focusing on development and adhering to the way of continuous improvement.
