近20年来无创正压通气(Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,NIPPV/NIV)广泛应用于临床,临床医生对此技术的掌握越来越熟练,经验逐渐丰富。但在实际应用中也遇到不少的问题和困惑,特别是NIV在重症肺炎及急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)导致的急性低氧性呼吸衰竭中的合理应用需要关注及重视。本文将综合近年的相关文献进行评述,以供临床医生学习、借鉴和提高专业应用水平。

In recent 20 years, non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV/NIV) was widely used in clinical practice. The use of NIV has been more and more sophisticated, then, more and more experience has been accumulated by physicians. However, many problems and confusions are also met and fund in clinical practice, particularly the rational application of NIV in severe pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS)-induced acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (AHRF). Then, this review is to comment the recent progress on this subject.
