富水半砂半岩隧道下穿建筑物注浆技术数值模拟研究 被引量:6

摘要 青岛地铁3号线万年泉路站-李村站区间下穿多栋年代久远的建筑物。为保证下穿施工中建筑物的安全,研究了不同注浆方案对隧道开挖过程中地层应力及变形情况的影响。研究表明,注浆会导致注浆区地层参数的改变,通过数值模拟计算,着重分析了注浆区黏聚力和内摩擦角两个因素对加固效果的影响,采用适宜的注浆量可以增加注浆区的强度,但过大的注浆量对于减小地表及建筑物沉降的效果并不显著,且有可能造成地表及建筑物的隆起。 The interval tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 3 between Wannianquan Road Station and Li Village Station are constructed under existing old buildings.In order to ensure the safety of the buildings,the effects of different grouting schemes on formation stress and deformation during tunnel excavation are studied.Studies have shown that grouting can lead to changes in formation parameters in the grouting zone.Through numerical simulation,the effects of cohesion and internal friction angle on the reinforcement effect are analyzed.And the appropriate grouting volume can increase the strength of the grouting zone.However,the excessive amount of grouting is not significant for reducing the settlement of surface and buildings,and furthermore may cause the uplift of surface and buildings.
