College is the main position for the country to cultivate socialist constructors and successors who can bear the new era,and it is the important duty to cultivate the young people to set up the socialist core values. The specialized courses and the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities shoulder the mission of carrying out the Party's 19th CPC National Congress spirit together.
