探索《企业管理基础》课程教学的创新模式

Exploring the Innovation Mode of the Course Teaching of the "Foundation of Enterprise Management"

我国中等职业教育的主要目的是培养技能型人才。在理论教学中以"需求导向"为前提和原则,培养学生的专业操作技能,真正做到理论联系实际、学以致用。《企业管理基础》是一门理论性较强的课程,在教学方式上应当不拘泥于框框本本,要勇于尝试,不懈探索。在本篇文章中,笔者结合自身的教学实践经验,从教材内容、激发学生学习兴趣以及教学过程等三个方面对中职企业管理课程的教学方式进行探索,以期提高本门课程的教学效果并加以推广应用。

The main purpose of secondary vocational education in China is to train skilled talents. In theory teaching,the prerequisite and principle of "demand-oriented" is to train students' professional operational skills,to truly integrate theory with practice,and to make use of learning."The Foundation of Enterprise Management" is a course with strong theoretical character. In the teaching method should not stick to the box book,should dare to try,unremitting exploration. In this article,the author explores the teaching methods of enterprise management course in vocational school from three aspects:teaching material content,arousing students' interest in learning and teaching process. In order to improve the teaching effect of this course. And it is popularized and applied.
