高校基层党组织危机及治理探究

Research on the Crisis and Governance of the Grass-Roots of Party Organizations in Colleges

党的十八大以来,中国共产党执行全面从严治党、全面依法治国的战略布局,党的建设理论达到了新的高度。在中央巡视组针对高校基层党组织的检查工作中,发现高校存在基层党组织软弱涣散的问题,针对巡视组的反馈意见,高校党委认真查摆问题,检查自身原因。并指出严格规范基层党组织生活,提升党性修养,时刻不能忘记共产党员的先进性,做一个合格的党员。本文论述了高校基层党组织软弱涣散的具体表现及其原因,还有相应的整改措施。

Since the eighteen years of the Party,the Communist Party of China has carried out the strategic layout of comprehensively and strictly administering the Party and running the country according to law.In the central inspection teams for the grassroots Party organization and inspection work,found that grassroots organizations are weak and lax problems in Colleges and universities,feedback inspection teams,the Party certification revealing problems,check their own reasons.And pointed out that strictly regulate the grassroots Party organization life,enhance the Party spirit, always can't forget the advanced nature of the Communist Party members,to be a qualified Party member.This paper discusses the concrete manifestation and the reason of the weakness of the basic level Party organization in colleges and universities,and the corresponding rectification measures.
