高校教师职业道德现状与提升路径研究

Research on the Present Situation and Promotion Path of College Teachers' Professional Ethics

高校要发展,师资队伍是关键,而高校教师职业道德水平成为衡量高校师资队伍质量的重要方面。本文主要从高校教学品质、师生关系、科研道德三个方面对目前我国高校教师职业道德现状及存在的问题进行分析,同时从教师自身、学校以及社会三个角度纵向分析高校教师职业道德产生问题的主要原因,并对高校教师职业道德的提升路径进行归纳总结,进一步提出要加强高校教师职业道德一方面要建立健全教师考核机制,同时加强教师自身内部修养外;另一方面还要重视外界的有力宣传和正面引导,从而推动高校教师职业道德稳步发展。

Teachers are the key to the development of colleges and universities,and the level of teachers' professional ethics has become an important aspect to measure the quality of college teachers. This paper mainly focuses on the quality of teaching,the relationship between teachers and students,and the relationship between teachers and students. This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of teachers' professional ethics in colleges and universities in our country from three aspects of scientific research morality. At the same time,it analyzes the main causes of the problems of teachers' professional ethics from the three angles of teachers themselves,schools and society. This paper also sums up the ways to promote the professional ethics of university teachers,and further puts forward that to strengthen the professional ethics of university teachers,on the one hand,it is necessary to establish and improve the examination mechanism of teachers,while strengthening the teachers them selves on the other hand,attention should be paid to external propaganda and positive guidance so as to promote the steady development of college teachers' professional ethics.
