摘要
素质教育的核心是培育学生的健全人格,自信心作为健全人格中的重要组成部分,对小学生的学业进步将产生重大的影响。小学生缺乏学业自信心主要表现为集体面前发言胆怯、与教师同学缺乏互动、面对困难易退缩回避。基于消极的课堂氛围、过多的失败体验、教师言行不恰当等原因分析,提出教师营造轻松的课堂氛围、为学生搭建获得成功体验的平台、注重自身言行等策略以培养小学生的学业自信心。
The core of quality education is to cultivate students' healthy personality. As an important part of sound personality,self-confidence will have a great influence on the pupils' academic progress. Pupils' lack of academic self-confidence is mainly reflected in their timidity in speaking in front of the group,lack of interaction with teachers and classmates,and easy withdrawal and avoidance in the face of difficulties. Based on the analysis of negative classroom atmosphere,too much failure experience,inappropriate words and deeds of teachers,it is proposed that teachers create a relaxed classroom atmosphere and build a platform for students to gain successful experience. Pay attention to their own words and deeds and other strategies to cultivate the academic self-confidence of primary school students.
