高职学生法治观念和法律素养的养成机制研究——以内蒙古地区为例

Research on the Formation Mechanism of Higher Vocational Students' Conception of Rule of Law and Legal Literacy——Taking Inner Mongolia Area as an Example

当前高职学生的法治观念普遍薄弱、法律素养偏低的现状与全面推进依法治国的需要之间尚有一定距离,亟待加强。本文以内蒙古地区的高职学生为研究对象,围绕当前高职院校的法治课程教育现状以及学生群体的特点,进一步分析高职学生法治观念和法律素养的养成机制。

Currently,the higher vocational college students is generally weak in the concept of rule of law and the law cultivation. This present situation has a certain distance with the need of comprehensively implementing governing the country rule by law. It should be strengthened to narrow the gasp. This article takes the higher vocational college students in Inner Mongolia as the research object. It combines the present situation of the rule of law course in higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of student groups. And the aim of this paper is to analyze the cultivation mechanism of the concept of rule of law and the law cultivation of higher vocational college students.
