摘要
新时代对高校人才培养提出了新要求,人力资源管理专业学生应具有更强的实际操作能力,开展人力资源沙盘模拟教学可大大提升学生的综合素质。目前人力资源沙盘设计粗陋、任课教师教学能力欠缺以及学生参与度不高等问题,严重影响了沙盘模拟教学效果。因此,课程开发公司应完善产品设计,高校应加强任课教师培训,授课教师应强化教学设计与管理。
The new era puts forward new requirements of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,students of human resources management professional should have the stronger actual operation ability,and human resources sand table simulation teaching can greatly improve students' comprehensive quality. At present,problems such as poor design of human resource sand table,lack of teaching ability of teachers and low students' participation are seriously affecting the effect of sand table simulation teaching. Therefore,curriculum development companies should perfect the product design,universities should strengthen teaching teachers training,teacher should strengthen the teaching design and management.
