Analysis on the Training Mode of Personalized Entrepreneurial Talents at Home and Abroad under the Background of Innovation

个性化创业人才培养模式是指以个性化教育为手段,以高素质类型的创业人才为培养对象的一种新型的高等教育培养范例。本文在当前国家倡导创新创业的大背景下,总结美国、德国、等发达国家的个性化创业型人才培养模式经验,旨在进一步加强我国创业型人才培养模式的构建。

The training mode of individualized entrepreneurial talents refers to a new type of higher education training model which takes individualized education as the means and takes the high quality type of entrepreneurial talents as the training object. This paper summarizes the experience of individualized entrepreneurial talents training model in the developed countries such as the United States, Germany and other developed countries in order to further strengthen the construction of the entrepreneurial talent training model in China under the background of the current national advocacy of innovation and entrepreneurship.
