摘要
为满足社会对高层次应用型人才的需求,全日制专业学位硕士研究生已成为我国研究生教育的主要培养对象。在总结分析现有培养模式特征基础上,提出了基于工程应用和企业需求的机械类专业型研究生培养模式重构思路,构建了具有可持续性和船舶特色的机械类专业型研究生培养方案及其考核体系,阐述了重构培养方案的实施方法和要点,为全员全程提高机械类专业型研究生培养质量提供保障。
In order to meet the need of high level applied talents in society,full-time professional postgraduate (FTPP) has become the main duty of postgraduate education now. One the base of characteristic analysis for exiting cultivation mode,the reconstruction thinking of cultivation mode of FTPP majoring in mechanical specialties is proposed basing on engineering application and enterprise requirement. The training program and assessment of FTPP, majoring in mechanical specialties,have been completed with the characteristics of sustainability and ship. The method and key points for program's implementation are discussed. So,the improvement of FTPP quality will be fully achieved.
