独立学院学习型服务型创新型学生党支部建设探索

Exploration of Learning Oriented Service Oriented Innovative Party Branch in Independent Colleges

中国共产党在第十八次全国代表大会中提出要建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党目标。独立学院作为我国培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的主要阵地之一,独立学院大学生党建工作的成败直接关系着社会主义事业的成败。因此,必须在独立学院中推进党建工作科学发展,把"学习型、服务型、创新型"党组织建设定性为继承马克思主义、毛泽东思想的精髓,既遵循党的建设规律、又贴近现实,能全面提升党建工作的科学化和制度化。本文将学习型、服务型、创新型党支部简称为"三型"党支部,将"三型"基层党组织建设运用到基层,在学生党支部中进行实践建设,在实践中开拓新思路,在实践中挖掘新内涵。

In the eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building alearning,service-oriented and innovative Marx ruling Party.As one of the main positions of our country to train qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism,the success or failure of the Party construction work of the independent college students is directly related to the success or failure of the socialist cause. Therefore,we must promote the scientific development of Party building work in the independent college,and make the construction of "learning type,service type and innovative" Party organization to inherit the essence of Marx doctrine and Mao Zedong thought,not only follow the Party's law of construction,but also close to the reality,and improve the scientific and institutionalization of the work of Party building in an all-round way.In this paper,the Party branch of learning,service and innovation is short for the three Party branch , and the construction of "three type" grassroots Party organizations is applied to the grassroots level,the practice construction is carried out in the student Party branch,new ideas are opened up in practice and new connotation is excavated in practice.
