Strengthening the Morality in Colleges and Universities and the Contemporary Marxism in China

立德树人是高校立身之本。基于中国特色社会主义文化自信,从当代马克思主义是中国特色社会主义建设领路人、中国特色社会主义文化的根基是当代马克思主义为指导下的中国优秀传统文化、中国特色社会主义持续发展与中国梦实现的动力之源是中国特色社会主义文化自信三个方面,为高校立德树人教育提供应坚持的思想原则和须培养的教育内涵。

"Cultivating talents of high moral standards" is the foundation of the university education. And based on the cultural self-confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the following three aspects provide the ideological principles of "cultivating talents of high moral standards" and the educational connotations that must be cultivated.Firstly, contemporary Marxism is the leader in socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,Chinese outstanding traditional culture which was directed by contemporary Marxism,is the real culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Thirdly,the confidence in Chinese characteristic socialist culture is the driving force for the sustainable development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the Chinese dream.
