针对高端纺织装备对工程技术人才的需求,在分析创新型工程技术人才内涵的基础上,制定了符合高端纺织装备需求的创新型工程技术人才培养目标。通过优化课程体系,加强创新创业教育,大力推进和强化通识教育,调整专业课程体系,构建了专业课程群模块。建立基于项目学习的创新实践培养体系,在人才培养的周期中整合各类实践资源,完善管理评价制度。通过一系列改革的实施,全面提升学生的创新和实践能力,满足高端纺织装备对人才的需求。
