高校学科建设与发展中存在的问题及对策——以天津外国语大学国际商学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction and Development of Disciplines in Colleges and Universities——Take International Business School of Tianjin Foreign Studies University as an Example

学科建设是高校建设的重点,学科的发展水平是考量高校办学质量和综合实力的重要标准,因此,能否完善高校学科建设机制已成为高校进一步发展的关键,具有重要的现实意义。本文通过以天津外国语大学国际商学院为例,分析其学科建设与发展中存在的问题,并给出了相应的对策与建议。

Discipline construction is the focus of university construction,and the level of discipline development is an important standard to consider the quality and comprehensive strength of colleges and universities.Therefore,whether or not to perfect the discipline construction mechanism of colleges and universities has become the key to the further development of colleges and universities.It has important practical significance.Taking the International Business School of Tianjin Foreign Studies University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in its discipline construction and development,and gives some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
