摘要
本研究通过数据分析法和观察记录法对陕西省咸阳市三所幼儿园小班的9名教师进行了为期25个工作日的观察记录,从表扬过于笼统、表扬缺乏技巧以及未能把握表扬的"度"三个层面分析教师表扬行为的优劣,提出幼儿教师表扬行为中存在的问题以及对如何提高教师表扬行为的有效性给予建议。
Through data analysis and observation,this study recorded 9 teachers in three kindergartens in Xianyang, Shaanxi Province for 25 working days.It analyzed the merits and demerits of teachers' praise behavior from three aspects: overgeneralization of praise,lack of skills in praise and failure to grasp the "degree" of praise,and put forward the praise of kindergarten teachers.The problems in Yang's behavior and suggestions on how to improve the effectiveness of teachers' praise are given.
