大学生公共就业政策现状与对策研究——以丽水市为例

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' Public Employment Policy——Taking Lishui City as an Example

文章以丽水市政府颁布实施的促进大学毕业生就业的公共政策为研究对象,以近年来丽水市人才发展现状及目标、大学毕业生就业现状为研究背景,对政策执行中遇到的瓶颈进行分析,从就业政策的制定、实施和所暴露出的问题这三方面进行总结,探讨现行的就业政策所存在的不足并挖掘其深层次的原因,提出可行性建议。

The article analyses the public policy of Lishui municipal government to promote the employment of college graduates.Under the analytic background of current situation of talent development,objectives and employment status of college graduates in Lishui city,this paper analyzes the bottlenecks from the three aspects of formulation, implementation and problems appearing in the policy.This paper discusses the deep reasons on the deficiencies of the existing employment policy and puts forward related feasible suggestions.
