摘要
创新和实践能力培养是大学人才培养的重要指标,文章分别从理论课教学、工程实践教学和考核方式等环节对营养工程学教学改革进行了探讨。通过优化教学内容、加强实践教学环节、改革课堂教学方法和课程考核方式,构建适合应用型人才培养需求的创新型教学模式,加强大学生创新和实践能力的培养。
Cultivation of innovation and practical ability is an important index for undergraduate students.Teaching reform of nutrition engineering was discussed base on theory course teaching,engineering practice teaching and evaluation mode.If we optimize teaching content,strengthen practice training,improve teaching methods in classroom and evaluation mode,establish a innovation teaching mode for the needs of practical talents.The innovation and practical ability of undergraduate students will be improved.
