摘要 案例教学起源于20世纪20年代,美国哈佛大学最先将案例教学运用于教育教学领域,探索并形成了一系列的教学程序,取得了良好的教学成果,后将案例教学推广到其他领域。酒店管理专业实践性强,具备开展案例教学的学科基础。高职酒店管理教学运用案例教学法有其必要性,亦有其局限性。对案例教学的实际问题进行深入反思,才能得以重构和改进。 Case teaching originated in the 1920 s,Harvard University first applying case teaching in the education teaching,to explore and formed a series of teaching program and achieved good teaching results,after the case teaching are generalized to other areas.The hotel management major is practical and has the discipline foundation of case teaching. The case teaching method in higher vocational hotel management has its necessity and limitation.Only by deep reflection on the practical problems of case teaching can we reconstruct and improve them.
