应用技术型大学教师专业素养问题及提升策略

摘要 近些年,由于学科建设与发展的需要,应用技术型大学新引进了不少高学历人才,使其整体科研水平得到了显著提高,取得成绩的同时也产生了一些突出问题,如新任高学历教师教育教学理念陈旧、不注重教学研究、职业技能薄弱、科研与教学脱节以及缺乏对职业技术教育及其发展趋势的关注等方面。针对这些问题,提出了调整政策,加强科研反哺教学,服务国家建设和特殊需求,更新教育理念、推进工程教育专业认证和"新工科"建设等策略,以期提升新任教师的专业素养,实现与学校办学定位和发展目标快速、协调发展。 In recent years,due to the need of discipline construction and development,a number of highly educated talents have been introduced into the university of applied technology,so that the overall scientific research level has been greatly improved.At the same time,some outstanding problems have come into being,such as the new highly educated teachers' education and teaching ideas are outmoded,their professional skills are weak,their scientific research and teaching are disjointed,they pay no attention to the trends of vocational technical education and the development. Some corresponding strategies are proposed to improve the professional qualities of the new highly educated teachers, such as strengthening the scientific research regurgitation-feeding,serving the national construction and special needs, updating the educational concept,promoting the professional certification of engineering education and the construction of emerging engineering education.Thus can realize the rapid and coordinated development with the orientation and development goals of university of applied technology.
