大学生作为社会重要的人力资源,应该正确面对社会的选择,不仅需要有一个正确的择业心态,同时也应该进一步提高自身素质,了解社会需求,进行正确择业。本文根据目前大学生就业情况的调研情况,提出当前大学生择业、就业的现状以及存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出解决方案,为大学生树立正确的择业观、就业观做出指导。
