摘要
创新精神和创业能力是高等院校培养技能型专门人才综合素质的重要表现。因此,构建良好的教学实践平台,优化法律人才培养目标,优化专业课程体系,优化教学内容,优化师资队伍建设,优化教育教学方法尤为重要。本文从法律专业入手,探索创新创业视域下高校法律人才的培养模式。
Innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability are important performances for cultivating the comprehensive quality of skilled professional talents in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to build a good teaching practice platform,optimize the training objectives of legal personnel,optimize the professional curriculum system,optimize the teaching content,optimize the construction of the teaching staff,and optimize education and teaching methods.This article starts from the legal profession and explores the cultivation model of university legal talents in the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship.
