高职院校如何利用学生信息接触来源的"两微一端"来展开教育工作,通过"两微一端"来对校园微传播圈的思想政治教育进行重构,成为教育者们所思考的问题。要将"两微一端"打造成一个集思想政治教育、学生服务、心理关怀、就业指导、学生管理、交流互动等功能的平台,渗透到高校思想政治教育场域中,形成校园微传播圈子系统,以此达成对传统高校思想政治教育生态场域的改变。本文以"两微一端"的"矩阵式"重构为切入点,聚焦高职思想政治教育,强化大学生个体行为激励动机和集体行动的协调机制,破解高校新媒体整合发展面临的瓶颈问题,夯实新媒体整合发展基础,探寻"两微一端"视野下高校思想政治教育的有效模式及实践路径。
