校企协同生物制药应用型人才培养实践与探索

The Practice and Exploration of the Cultivation of Applied Talents of School-enterprise Synergy with Bio-pharmaceuticals

目前,我国生物医药产业正在迅猛发展,该行业对产品研发、生产及质量管理等方面的人才需求也逐步增加。如何满足社会人才需求,历来是高校培养方向思考的重心,而加强生物制药应用型人才校企协同培养是提高学生实践能力和综合运用专业知识能力的必要环节,是满足用人单位对工程化人才需求的有效方法。本文从校企共建生物制药教学实践平台的思路出发,探讨培养应用型生物制药人才的新模式。

At present,China's bio-pharmaceutical industry is developing rapidly.The demand for talents in product research and development,production,and quality management has also gradually increased.How to meet the needs of talented people in the society has always been the focus of the university's training direction.Strengthening the collaborative training of bio-pharmaceutical application-oriented talents is a necessary link to improve students' practical ability and comprehensive use of professional knowledge,and it is an effective way to meet the needs of employers for engineering talents.This article starts from the idea of jointly building a bio-pharmaceutical teaching practice platform for schools and enterprises to explore the new model for training applied bio-pharmaceutical talents.
