摘要 在本研协同人才培养视角下,面向深造、就业、创业的三大类人才发展需求和路径,分解出科学研究、工程实践和技术发明三类核心能力为枢纽型毕设毕业设计应关注的培养方向,同时定位枢纽型毕设毕业设计是本科理论教学和各类科创、实践活动的集成与提升、就业工作的预演、研究生教育的前铺,是"学—研—践"递进式培养链中的重要枢纽,在综合能力培养链中具备"前后贯通、集成融合"功能。 From the perspective of the " integration of undergrad and graduate " talent cultivation, oriented by the three categories of talent development needs and paths-further study, employment, and entrepreneurship, this paper summarizes that the three core capabilities-scientific research, engineering practice and technical invention are the cultivation direction that hub-like graduation design should focus on, and that hub-like graduation design is the integration and promotion of theory teaching and various scientific innovation and practical activities, a preview of future employment work, and the foundation of postgraduate education. Thus, it is an important hub of the "learning-research-practice" progressive cultivation chain, which has an "interconnecting and integrating" function in the comprehensive ability cultivation chain.
