摘要
2016年3月5日,"工匠精神"一词首次出现在《政府工作报告》。职业教育与社会发展、科技进步、企业生存密切相关,培育工匠精神离不开职业教育,更离不开高职教育。本文从诠释"工匠精神"的内涵出发,梳理了工匠精神与当前职业教育的关系,提出高职院校应从专业文化的培养、榜样文化的引领、校园文化的渗透、企业文化的实践等方面,加强培育学生的工匠精神。
On March 5,2016,the word spirit of craftsman first appeared in the government work report.Vocational education is survival and social development,science and technology progress,enterprise is closely related to education, vocational education is to cultivate the spirit of craftsman more inseparable from the higher vocational education. Therefore,picking up spirit of craftsman,let its solid foundation in higher vocational education and effective is blended in among them,and have a positive role to the social progress and economic development.This paper interprets the connotation of spirit of craftsman,analysis illustrates the spirit's relationship with the current vocational education,higher vocational colleges should consider put forward the cultivation of the professional culture,example culture,campus culture infiltration,the practices of enterprise culture and so on to strengthen the cultivation of students spirit.
