当今是中医学发展的最好时代,也是难得的最后契机;需学术共同体认真发掘学科内生性动力机制,形成清晰新思维,做好顶层设计,融入时代发展大潮;倡导底线思维,讲究包容性发展。并强调:中医学真正优势在于尽可能借本然方式,努力维护内在机能,它集中体现在正气说、天人合一、整体观念等中,且道、学、术三层次自洽,形成一套应对难题之模式;其意义广泛且卓效;与源自西方、基于科学的征服/替代模式相得益彰。随着疾病谱系变革,慢性病日趋占主导,其现实意义更为彰显。推广之,此模式有助于未来一些世界难题之破解。

The author points out that nowadays is the best time,also the last chance,for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It is necessary for academic community to explore the endogenous dynamic mechanism of the discipline,form clear new thought,take a long-term view of top-level design,and integrate it into the development of the times.We need to advocate bottom line thinking and be tolerant of the development.The author argues that the real advantage of TCM lies in borrowing the natural way as far as possible and drawing lessons from the maintenance of internal functional balance,which is embodied in the theory of "Zheng Qi" and the unity of human and nature,as well as the holistic concept,and the organic self-consistency of Tao,learning and skill,forming a set of models to deal with the world’s problems.Its historical significance is extensive and fruitful.It is complementary to the western conquest/substitution model based on science.With the change of disease spectrum,chronic diseases are becoming more and more dominant,the significance of TCM will be more prominent.By extension,the new model of TCM will also help to solve some of the world’s problems in the future.
