问题域是指某一理论体系可能提出的全部问题的总和,问题域从第一问题、基本问题到具体问题的展开就构成了理论的逻辑体系。以重建医学人文性为己任的医学人文学的研究对象是医学的"人文性"和"去人文性"之间的矛盾产生、转化的条件、机制和规律。医学人文学的基本问题是:何为医学的人文性、去人文性,促进或阻碍医学人文性的基本因素有哪些,这些因素之间相互影响并最终决定医学人文性变化的机制和规律是什么。医学人文学的具体问题是基本问题在现实的医学系统、医学组织、医学职业行为中的具体体现。

The problem domain refers to the sum of all the problems that a theoretical system may propose.The logical system of the theory consists of the expansion of the problem domain from the first problem,the basic problem to the specific problem.The mission of medical humanities is to reconstruct the humanity of medicine.Therefore,the research objects of medical humanities are the conditions,mechanisms and laws of the contradiction between the"humanity"and"inhumanity"of medicine.The basic problems of medical humanities include:the definition of the humanity and anti-humanity of medicine,the basic factors that promote or hinder the medical humanity and the mechanisms and laws that influence these factors and ultimately determine the changes in medical humanity.The specific problem of medical humanities is the concrete manifestation of its basic problems in the actual medical system,medical organization and medical professional behavior.
