基于胜任力的应用型安全工程专业人才培养探索

Exploration on Cultivating Talents of Applied Safety Engineering Professionals Based on Competency

为提高应用型安全工程专业人才培养目标的准确性,基于胜任力理论,构建了应用型安全工程专业人才培养胜任力模型。通过调研统计分析,得出应用型安全工程专业人才胜任力特征的平均分,确定胜任力维度重要度依次为:专业能力、创新能力、就业竞争力、个体属性和发展能力,并结合冰山模型进行了表层、浅层和深层划分。基于此,提出了人才培养方案修订、全方位培养课程体系建设及学生职业规划的应用型安全工程专业人才培养建议。

In order to improve the accuracy of training objectives for applied safety engineering professionals,a competency model for applied safety engineering professionals is established based on competency theory.Through investigation and statistical analysis,the average score of competency characteristics of applied safety engineering professionals is obtained,and the importance of competency dimension is determined successively as professional competence,innovative competence,employment competitiveness,individual attributes and development ability.Combining with the iceberg model,the surface,shallow and deep layers are also divided.Based on these research,some suggestions are put forward on the revision of personnel training program,the construction of all-round training curriculum system and the training of applied safety engineering professionals in students'career planning.
