摘要
近年来,我国安全事故频发,国家提出了建立风险分级管控、隐患排查治理双重预防的工作机制,本文分析研究了"两个管控体系"的意义,并提出了基本的体系构建方法和程序,对目前体系建设过程中存在的问题进行了分析,建议通过加大宣传,制定标准,企业上下联动,与企业现有管理体系相结合等措施,确保管控体系能够更好的运行,达到预期效果。
In recent years,the safety accidents occur frequently in our country.The state has put forward the double prevention mechanisms of establishing a security risk management and classification of risk prevention.For that reason,this paper analyzed the meaning of'two control system',and puts forward the basic method and procedure of constructing the system.The current problems existing in the process of system construction are analyzed.It is recommended to increase publicity,formulate standards,link enterprises up and down,combine with the existing management system of enterprises to ensure better operation of the control system and achieve the desired effect.
